Your responsibilities include:
- Investigation of the transparency of ceramics based on nanoparticles
- Analysis of particle growth during sintering
- Sintering tests
- Investigation of sintered structures
- Structured storage of research data in the electronic laboratory notebook
- Preparation of publications, participation in conferences
- Supervision of students
- Successfully completed university degree (diploma/master's) in chemistry, materials science, physics, or engineering
- Doctorate
- Practical experience in the safe handling of organic chemicals
- Experience with ceramic materials
- Experience with additive manufacturing technologies
- Knowledge of testing methods such as SEM, TEM, TGA, UV-Vis
- Affinity for digital tools
- Good English skills are required, good German skills are desirable
- Goal-oriented and structured way of working, initiative/commitment and ability to make decisions
- Ability to work in a team and willingness to cooperate, willingness to learn, strategic and innovative thinking skills
